No doubt, football season is a big deal in the Upton household. Blake participates in several fantasy football leagues which makes just about every game 'crucial' to follow. I am quite certain that Sydney will be one of the few girls who quickly learns what "1st and 10" means. I wonder, too, if she will want to draft her own fantasy football team!

One of Blake's fantasy football drafts was during Hurricane Irene. We had a lot of rain and some fairly strong winds but were fortunate to keep power the entire time. Other guys involved in the draft were not as lucky on the power front, so we suddenly had several of them over at our house to do the draft. Sydney enjoyed playing while the draft went on and even wore an outfit perfect for the occasion...if only we had a hair bow to match!
